Was offered a Mid QA position in my home country and just for shit and giggles applied to a QA Lead for another one (remote) and they offered me the QA Lead one as well. And now I don’t really know how the fuck you are supposed to measure seniority for this kind of jobs.

Titles are weird.

Seniority it is not about how much time you have spent on a position, how much experience you have or how skilled you are.
The definition varies from company to company and from role to role.

So it is not standardized and it means shit.
It mostly means you ger more money, so just try to get the senior label for your wallet sake.
