C0D4681453ySometimes, you just got to unplug yourself from the matrix and go and enjoy the good outdoors.
Go walk outside, lay down on the ground and stare at the sky for a few hours, leave ALL tech away from you and zone out. If it's a nice semi cloudy day, watch the clouds go by to fill in time. -
In any case, it sucks balls and as you can see, many people here are supportive. So do what feels right/good for you. Take care.

Sounds like a stress induced anxiety attack. You need to remove yourself from the work that's causing it (easier said than done) and get some help. Try getting a referral from your GP, or go straight to seeing a psychotherapist or similar, depending on the health care system in your country. Exercise is a fantastic antidepressant, though it's probably the last thing on your mind right now. Even just a short walk or a couple of pushups. *Something* is better than nothing!
You could become chronically fatigued and suffer from memory loss, etc. if left untreated so you really need to deal with this asap.

cwkjwok3413ySorry to hear that, I got that too. I was burnt out and also experienced what you went through. It is very important to sleep well. Your brain will recover the most while you’re sleeping. Also you need to remove yourself from any kind of work or study for a while, just some break.
More importantly don’t ignore this see a doctor I don’t think a psychologist or therapist would be the person it would be a neurologist or psychiatrist. To see them it doesn’t mean you are seriously ill. It is a prevention and they know brain the most. They might give you a chilling medication to reduce anxiety.

I made a post how i experienced a mental breakdown yesterday, a total mental collapse from abnormal dose of studying for college. Here a new day and i still cannot function properly. I cant describe the feeling exactly but feels like my brain is fried by electric shock wave... Like some kind of mild passive aggressive depression of void and nothingness.
During mental breakdown it was so bad that i could not construct basic sentences and comminicate until sleeping for a few hours and resetting myself that way. Now i can but i still cant think or do the coding work. My brain just feels fried... If you never had a mental breakdown just imagine a burnout and then multiply that by 1 million
