Anyone who has transitioned from freelance/consulting back to employment? What was the experience like?

Worked out fine for me (web dev).
Freelancing = small companies, small sized budget, rather "boring" work and routine.
Employment = medium/big companies, various tech stacks to learn, no-anxiety payments, etc.

@bert0z I seem to be in the same scenario you described, what about the time management aspect?

@hiken sometimes i miss freelancing for the flexible time management, for sure, but i think in the long run being in a collaborative/corporate work envirnoment can be better (my2cents)

After three successful start-ups with some pretty big projects in the last one, I eventually decided to employ myself again...can't beat the benefits and day-to-day challenges...

@rodrigortz well I see your point

@hiken it's more a stage of your life and priorities kind of thing...I was in my 20's during my ventures, but by my mid 30's I was married and looking to start a family; so steady income, job security and benefits weighed more...

Just two months ago, I tried a lot of free lance platforms and even such platforms for finding a permanent job, such as https://uk.indeed.com/eteach-primar... however, most of all I was lucky to find a job on https://uk.jooble.org/jobs-eteach-p... . If you have any questions about which platform for job hunting is best implemented in search, they probably in jooble. Filters and sorting are more convenient here. In short, I found a good position for myself quite quickly, so I advise you to pay attention to this service too. I hope he can help you, friend.
