devTea219103yWork’s been great, just a legacy code rant which is basically a copy paste from other people. So I just randomly visit this back. How you been?
-
devTea219103yAlso going to convince my company to use Typescript this wednesday, a presentation infront of whole squad, wish me luck
-
kamen69253yI like the attitude of "going to convince" instead of "try to convince". Also, TS rocks, I wish I could work with it instead of being stuck with Clojurescript and vanilla JS.

devTea219103y@kamen did my first talk for the RnD team and got positive results, so this time is for the devs gang. Also if you’re still new, maybe try to look at other places, not saying new technology is always the best, but learning new stuff the hardway will make you see stuff more objectively instead of riding the hype train imo
-
Hey, look at that! Nice to have you back @devTea, good look with the TS convincing, it'll be nice.
-
@devTea ohh went through crazy stuff. Switched my job finally and doing a little better than earlier. Still ranting around with new topics. Lol.
Life is good :) -
kamen69253y@devTea I'm not exactly new, just stuck in a project right now. My TL suggested they might pull me out of that project at some point, so I might go with that.
Also, TS is not exactly hype train stuff IMO; it might've been that 5-6 years ago, but it's matured enormously since then.
devTea’s back.
