Beer and less bugging from PM\Scrums\Sales and etc. Suitable tools are great, but u can always manage with a cheap stuff.. Now days more than ever.. VS2015 community edition is already free.. Netbeans\Eclipse were always free.. Yea, there always beautifiers and tools that ease our jobs but, to tell you the truth, all we need is time and to be left alone to do what we do best.
