@vintprox Let's be honest here. If Steve Jobs wouldn't have insisted on better-looking fonts someone else would have done it a few years later. It was only a question of time with the arrival of graphical UIs, making stuff look better on computers is kind of a popular thing.

Steve Jobs didn't create the designs, he didn't create the tech, his main job was angrily pressuring people into doing a better job while having a decent taste for products that were better than whatever crap Microsoft put out.
