the unibody mbp is upgradable, i need to do this in the future,
I guess i would remove the disk drive and the hard drive to make it lighter,
then get a small ssd because who needs all 500gb?
then im finally gonna get ram 16gb...
only then would it be able to compete with a 2016 MBP

its true though, in terms of performance, the old unibodys with upgrades are on-par with new mbp's this is because the new mbp's are optimized for battery life
