Whenever one's cursor is in a string, that's when felines are ready to fuck your shit up and take a nap

Had a random 's' in there

    Always blame the cat

Talk to your cat about pair programming now, before it's too late!

Was that in a string or are you using a dynamic language?

I always wonder why it takes people several hours to find one syntax error... Do you not use an IDE or better yet can you not read a stack trace?????

@Grumpy @px06 it vas sVarName instead of iVarName
  • 3
Is your code not in a repo such as github?
Git status or git diff would have helped if it was

    ctrl + z?

Another really easy and quick solution would be to get a tracker which you would add to your cats collar and add a detector to the door of the room in which you are coding. as soon as your cat enters the place, you would then have a script set up, which immediately makes a "TEMP"-commit which is labeled perhaps as "cat fucked up again" to which you could reset as soon as your build breaks! clever solution and you would have IoT integrated, which - as soon as you're trying to sell this as buyable complete set to other devs - will make your investors flip out! Win-Win-Win-situation. Go get 'em "tiger" (pun intended)!

@Memeamphetamine Yes, but you can pipe cat to a file. And we all know the interwebs is just lolcats in pipes.
