gummy918yUse a version number in your code and concat that to every static resource URL you have.

ataqadi3078yAdd a parameter to the CSS file in the HTML if you can do that, like styles.css?cb=1 and change that number Everytime you want to force file reload.

hjk10156968yIf it is not your setup don't forget to check the headers for a caching proxy (vanish, cloudfront, cloudflare, nginx etc)
