Fucking kill me. I've just agreed to make a shitty fucking app that would be better as a Webpage, using shitty fucking technologies I don't understand, to do a thing that would be better handled by a third party.
You know why? The guy who asked me to do it is a good friend, and I'm the "best (only) code monkey" he knows. FUCK MY LIFE.

A real friend can just say how it is and tries to guard his mate from mistakes. Especially if he regards you as an expert on the subject (which he does else he would not entrust you to develop his brainchild).
You obviously do not support his idea and are now taking his money and don't even like doing it...
These things can even fuck up a good friendship.

@hjk101 I'll give you the context. He manages a a small band, who have their own website. He wants me to build a "custom timeline" for their band that displays their twitter, youtube, spotify, Facebook, etc feeds all in one place. Essentially he wants me to build a custom RSS Feed App, which would be much easier to use a third party to do, which is why I'm not 100% behind it.

@arantr he wants an iPhone app, which I'd say limits my technologies
