Recently I switched to Linux, and so far I'm loving it.

I am on Pop_OS! and it's working great for me so far. The package manager and actually good appstore is definitely a pro over Windows, and I really like the customizability.

I'd love to get into Linux, especially considering how gaming on Linux is getting more and more accessible, and with the horrid creature that Windows 11 looks to be, but every time I try, I get to a point where there's something I need to do that would take me not even a minute on Windows, but I have to spend anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 hours to figure out how to do the same thing on Linux. Or there'll be some software that I know that can do a certain thing or other on Windows, and then I have to spend half a day to find a Linux alternative, or figure out how to run the Windows app on Linux without losing functionality.
Not to mention that Linux drains my laptops battery like 1% per minute. I mean, what the hell is that even about, wasn't Linux supposed to be the more lightweight OS?
