I don't have a magic ball.
I don't know if things will be good or bad.
But change is upon on.
Ready or not.
I pray to God he forgives us.
I wish the hardest thing in life was writing code.

But if your concerned, here's two items that will save your life more than anything else:

Survival water filter, like life straw (but get the kind that filter 100k gallons).

Bad water kills people just about faster than almost anything else except for violence itself. And in a bad situation, you'd be surprised how often you may find yourself having to sanitize water.

The other survival item?

A gimme.

What's a gimme?

Anything that you cant do without.

So that's 1. Water filter 2. Everything else.

Because without clean water, having everything else wont matter, because you'll be dead.

Other options include:
Gas cans with fuel, spare socks (always take care of your feet), bleedstop powder, old school paper maps, and windproof matches.
