I'm going to love Svelte.

I love React. The fact that you can use pure JS knowledge while building web app instead of learning some derievatives to do things is awesome!

I love React, but it's a complex tool and I don't understand how it works internally and this scares me a little. Normally when using a tool so extensively, I prefer to understand the core principles of operation.

@Cyanide while we know that something's FOSS, we shouldn't blind ourselves from all the inner workings present in the dependency. That's how you take for a fact that it is safe, robust and performant (needs more reliable tooling to attest for this criteria, which means even more scrutiny).
