				2 years isn't that much. I think entry level still qualifies there ... they're looking for a step above college intern.

				@djsumdog : I was about to agree with you because I figured "entry level" was just slang for junior position.
 
 but then I looked up "entry level job" on Wikipedia and found it usually means jobs that require zero work experience.
 
 "An entry-level job is a job that is normally designed or designated for recent graduates of a given discipline and typically does not require prior experience in the field"
