It's something ESC, shift+ Z n Z I guess.
Its like a combo move for an ultimate attack.

@H4RD-C0D3R that's save and exit I believe, I use vim but never use that way to exit. There's also <ESC>:q which will fail if there are unsaved changes, <ESC>:wq which is also save and exit, and <esc>:q! which will exit and discard unsaved changes.

You could also do <Esc>ZZ to save and exit.
