I've never hated an ORM so much as CakePHP's. Stupid shit can't do anything right.

i was a cake dev too, moved to laravel, its beautiful. Laravel in my opinion is the best framework to do web-based software with.

And for all you php hatets out there, php 7 or 8 + laravel beats any silly tech stack you prefer!

@sleek I came from laravel. Not my choice. I keep expecting Cake to be able to do the stuff it says it can do in its documentation but it never ceases to disappoint me.
