Yeah, along with Pause, the two least used keys.
Pretty good for Push-to-Talk applications, though.

By setting the keys like that (and 2 pause keys in another keyboard) they assure that 2 keys are set at the right place, one on this keyboard and one on the other. This is better than being uncertain 🙄

Scroll lock makes excel even less useful and pause is good for win+pause

Scroll-Lock can toggle an electronic KVM switch with a double-tap. Very handy unless the keyboard is missing that key.
