Hey, I actually calculated and averaged everything, and I found out I only spend about 43.4 repeating percent of my time awake actually working.
Can you all calculate yours as well to see if I’m a lazy slob or if this is normal?

I just calculated mine at 110%. I should do a ted talk or something.

On average I sleep around 7:15 hours per day. (7 at work days, 8 in the weekend)

This gives me 117.25 awake hours per week. Of those, I work 37 hours, so that makes ~31.6% without including vacations.

This doesn't count the time to get ready for work, traveling to work & the work breaks.
