@asgs you must live in a different universe than me, you lucky one.

i've even had a task once where "actually doing it" took less than one working day, but the meetings i had to attend to were closer to two days.

@tosensei not so lucky. We are talking about 90:10 ratio where 90 % meetings are still bad and unnecessary

Daily standup meetings shouldnt take more than 15 minutes. That's "Best practice", look it up and inform the relevant stakeholders.
