    @SHA-256 on the off chance that someone travels to another country that is behind by 12 hours makes a file and then come back home?

    @tisaconundrum actually it would make more sense that someone could be 12 hours ahead and sending a file by email.

    @SHA-256 another possibility is that somebody clean installs the system and doesn't update the time and then puts their files back on the computer
