I just got a company called me for interview for f**king 3 hours, I wasted 3 hours of them asking me stupid questions. I show them the projects I have done, as they demand. I spent another 1.5 hours of them questioning my intelligence of whether these projects are stolen , fraud, or copied from Youtube. Just because I am a self-taught and have multiple professional certs, they believed these are mine if I have a bachelor degree or a PHD in Computer science.

So the key takeaways from this is that you should have put a phd on your résumé and print a fake diploma.

they might be testing your resilience to questioning, so if you are hired, the police won't break you

Dude your local job market sounds insane. Have you considered going for remote contract? Current state in EU is you can throw plastic fork on the ground and have recruiters fight with it in a pit for your CV.

@johnmelodyme On LinkedIn aim for startups, especially crypto ones are receptive from my experience, they are used to remote workforce, bigger companies are suffering from sunken cost fallacy on their fancy offices and expect that people will come back from remote past covid so they ignore offshore applications. It might be worth checking portals that are more focused on freelancer offers too.
