    See there is your problem you send invites over electronic mail. Just videocall directly whenever online.

    @hjk101 We don't use email :) I mentioned direct messages on MS Teams and yes, we do video calling. It doesn't work. Nothing works with this guy LMAO.

    Why not do both?

    Also suggest making the feedback loop more robust by including the manager's manager as a CC in a followup mail and you will see how your manager magically replies in an instant!
