That's not editor-ception (compiled is different than source) nor is running code in a code editor really that mind blowing 😒

@jakej5 I've been using netbeans cause i work with php mostly and it satisfies all my needs.. and i started using Atom for Go cause i wanted something fresh and light (#fail).. but it's just painfully slow.. don't know if it's only on my computer.. but it freezes constantly.. I'm starting to suspect that web apps masked as windows apps using electron is not the greatest idea..

@vortex I hate the fact that it is built with electron, with my computer it takes ages to load, usually about 30s, but is fine afterwards. I might change to sublime because it is native (I think)

@jakej5 i just need an ide with builtin git and formatting support.. is that too much to ask? Oh, and a nice black theme.. oh and fast of course😁

@vortex ST doesn't have built in git support (you can install plugins however) but VS code does, is dark by default and faster than Atom.

If you want speed then Sublime.
If you want balance then VS code.
If you want something that is slow as shit but makes rocket ship noises at you to sound fast then Atom.

@vortex ssd and a decent cpu makes atom as sleek as anything for me
