Mac haters have nothing to complain about so they make up rumors that you can’t change wallpapers. Sad.

I think the real problem is the users of whatever operating system they are complaining about. For example making one up with all capital letters that isnt actually an operating system. They know so little about said OS they dont even know how to refer to it properly.
