@WildOrangutan Is there a way to stealthily say that without my manager asking why I am looking to leave
-
asgs115633y@happygimp0 why would you concern yourself about that?
If anything, just tell your manager exactly that and then update your profile -
Find a magic buzzword to put in your profile. I'm lucky enough to have two (cloud and SRE) that accurately describe my current job. Seriously, I changed my job title to Site Reliability Engineer and had recruiters bugging me within hours.
Unfortunately their job offers were pretty bad. -
@Burgundxyz as far as I know, if you set "looking for job", it's a bit hidden - only visible to recruiters.
Don't care too much, if you're looking for a new job tough. It's unlikely, he will see it. Otherwise you can play dumb, and say you forgot to change it, when you got the job. -
Grumm18123y@EmberQuill In my area it is 'microsoft dynamics'
You don't even have to add the 'looking for job'.
Even after countless responses like 'I am not looking for a new job', they keep sending messages

How do you guys get LinkedIn recruiters to annoy you? I want to be annoyed too - I reckon it would help me find places that are hiring
