There are none date types, actually. Date format is one thing, and data types is another thing. As a "thing" inside this man's head asking about Date Types and judging my question.

@fiskolin actually, there are date types and not just date formats. Say, t-sql for example, you've got time, date, smalldatetime, datetime, datetime2, and datetimeoffset, all valid date types, of data types. So, yes, they exist, they're a subset of data types, and a horrible way to word a question.

I believe that speed date must be on that list.

Let's see...
There's the blind date.
The date wether you wish you were blind.
The date where the guy tries to get you to drink yourself blind.
The date where your drink gets spiked.
The date that's really just a poor excuse to try getting into your pants.
The date where it isn't just him but twelve of his friends. (This usually leads to some of the above/below)
The date where you have to find a convincing way to excuse yourself because the guy is scary and/or controlling.
The awkward date where you have nothing in common.
The awkward date where the guy refuses to talk.
The awkward date where the guy is nervous as hell and literally shaking.
The awkward date where the guy never shuts up.
The awkward date where it's only about him.
The date where the guy says things like "uploaded fifty trigabytes in my phone" ...
The date where the guy basically proposes after 20 min.
Etc. Etc. Etc.

...
And then there's the very rare and elusive date where everything is actually really nice goes well ~
