And there fucking ssl certificates, they are still fucking issuing there certs from intermediate certs, so every time you should make your cert 1 fucking million line to include there stupid intermediate cert pfffff.

I stopped using webhotels long time ago. It seems like no one can live up to standards. I can recommend a vps on digital ocean

DIY, just learn how to do it. VPSs are very affordable these days.

DigitalOcean for VPS hosting and nameservers, as long as you're not doing anything illegal. Anywhere with 2FA for DNS registrar. Let's Encrypt or Gandi for SSL certs.

Although DigitalOcean is nice, but you might better consider Online.net
A full dedi server at 8 Euro. I'm using there servers since 2 years, wonderfull experience and hey its your server not a vps.
And best of all non-USA based.

Sadly it is harder and harder to find a good hosting provider that is not a big company like godaddy or that is owned by EIG. I've seen more and more good options out of Europe though.

@DonMcCoy well yeah, it really does look great! It just feels a bit too good to be true. 16€ for a dedicated server with 250gb ssd, 8 cores, 16 gb memory. How can they make it this cheap without doing something fishy?

Well I don't know how it's this cheap.
And this not all.
I have alot of experience with them.
I have 2 of those 250 GB SSD server since years.
And newly i have as a company server the mid-high server 150€/Month.
And got many test servers with them.
And not to mention you have free 100 GB backup and really nice concept called RPN (Real private network) they deploy a seperated network card and it's only internal so you can save backups or query your SQL server without touching your outgoing network card.
And you have a 750 GB backup for 5€/Month.

IPs:
You have also free IPv6 block (/48).
IPv4 are very cheap if you want extra IPs for 2 Euros per month. And one-time 3 Euros.

Support: they respond within 30 min or maxium 1 hour.
They help with everything although you are on free SLA.

Bandwidth: you have with the 16€ and 8€ a 2.5 Gbit/sec (I tested at 1G guaranteed).

And finally: my web apps that i got on their servers are running super fast.
