How most of the companies I know like to fix their technical debts

    The things that made me sad is… even if you got enough gut/courage... Sometime times doesn't allow u to revamp the things... And then the loop never ends…

    @logickee that is a big problem. Mostly induced by ignorant team leaders. Sometimes even by bad admins. It is even worse if a client hires you to fix their stuff but in the end doesn't want you to fix anything really but add more mud to their already really muddy clumps.

    The company I work for decided to rename technical debt at "architectural maintenance" so that they could say they didn't have any tech debt πŸ™ƒ

    I need a new job...

    @theactionslacks in the first company I worked for we were actually forbidden to say the word "problem" we had to name it something like "improvable condition"
