Hi guys, this is my first post, I am currently doing an internship as a backend intern and I'm constantly anxious if I'm good enough I come from a no name college and everybody here is from a top tier college and I constantly worry that I am not on an equal footing as other interns.

Make no mistake I work hard, yet I start to feel insecure. I hope this feeling goes away when I get more experience.

Should we tell him?

I never got a college degree in comp sci and was fine once I tackled a few things and saw other people fuck up

I don't have a degree too. I failed it because of boring subjects.

@vvinu9876 you know our college system needs a tad bit of an overhaul people who aren’t rich and worry about being employed afterwards along with dozens of other stresses on top of their studies are at a disadvantage

@AvatarOfKaine completely agree. But the classes could be more innovative and explorative than just focusing on memorizing.

@vvinu9876 that generally does help one memorize better
I think it would be nice to create more class projects and groups to encourage interaction and lightening the credit hours a little
The stress of memorizing does help a bit though for initial retention but integration comes from use discussion and elaboration
Like I barely ever use calculus but I found recently I remembered a fuck ton of integration and it was much easier to relearn what I forgot under millions less stress
