After finishing up a resume on Photoshop:

"Please submit a Word or PDF file not more than 2MB."

Save out as PDF and compress using smallpdf
Won't be the best but acceptable

On the serious side, I was having an annoying time with Word's positioning or spacing. The outcome from PS is no way near being fancy. It's still short, sweet, and to the point. It's just that it's cleaner & better layed out than if I've done it with Word. I am open for doing things that don't necessarily have to conform to the norm and it's understandable if some people don't like that. I'll be making a traditional one for a backup.

TeX will be your friend. A lot of drafts exists too

@loserboi @cattoaster sharelatex.com has some nice templates ranging for boring salesman to awesomely serious with an interest for design. Check it, you'll love it.

@loserboi the trick to doing it in Word is to put all your information in a giant table. That way spacing and consistency is taken care of automatically.

According to hr people here in Toronto, computer filtering system would read such a resume as a blank empty one, because they don't read what's inside the table, and no one will ever know you applied to that job @Hysperr
