I hope you are real good at communication and neither has a temper. I thaught my partner how to code, since they asked me to. It went surprisingly well, even though there were some communication issues and both of our tempers flared from time to time. Pro tip: be very patient and under no circumstances do not use even accidentally a tone of voice that could be construed as condenscending. Not worth it.
