What happens if i quit my job or get fired? Am i never allowed to apply to work in that company again or can i apply in the future?

If you quit and leave on good terms, you'll usually be able to apply back for a role.

If you quit on bad terms, or are fired. Good luck!

In my company at least two colleagues are back, after leaving in good terms

Unless you shit on your boss desk, you should be fine.

@C0D4 @dontbeevil @WildOrangutan how can i know if i quit on good terms?

Last job i worked at in summer 2021 i quit 3 months later because i wanted to finish my last exams and graduate college and they understand and supported me and said i can reapply whenever im ready (something like that)

But im wondering in general do companies explicitly tell me i can reapply or am i supposed to get some hint? Or should i ask them?

@b2plane either you have a good working relationship with the team, or your a pain in the ass.

You'll usually know which side of the fence you sit on for that one.

Usually companies sort out applicants of the category "known bad apple".

If they hire you and sign the contract, it's legally binding.
