My daily scrum, the team I'm in doesn't care and just blows our 10min daily into a 1hour "talk about anything" meeting

See if you can convince the team to do a stand-up meeting. It will be a lot quicker since the time boxes will be adhered to. Not many people like to stand for long periods of time (even though that might be healthier for them).

@ymas we do stand up but there are tables near, so they just lean and sit on the table. No much options. But thx for the advise. +1
