I immediately discard job ads which contain cover letters as a requirement.

I hate cover letters. Why do they need them at all? You see qualifications from the cv and the person with interviews

@juzles It blows my mind. Who in their right mind will consider some bullshit ass-kissing letter about them as a sieve for their candidates instead of uuuh... I don't know... professional experience in the field and side-projects?
