One of the bosses treats me like shit cause my education stops me to reply at his low level...

In Portugal if someone makes a complaint to the authorities the company gets a full inspection... I'm sad cause I love the owners... And they will loose most certificates... And that's lots, lots of money from a company that works with porche, ferrari, audi....

Can't you make a complain to your boss directly?

Well... My direct boss is the one mistreating me, the production (top) boss is responsible for my condition... I'll talk with the owner only to explain why I did the complaint that I should had done two years ago...
Because it's a crime to make workers to overwork by treats things will get ugly, I'll most likely be fired and the company will have lots of problems because of two jerks...

So... Trying not to... But you know when you can't take it anymore....

O feel you mate. Been there, but I just quit the job at that time. The company was small and all the employees were my friends (we were like a family there) and I was the only one that wasn't there to be pushed down by the boss.

They eventually all left, telling me that I was right at that time, I was just sad for them that they took that crap a lot longer than I did

Well different but close.... My company has more then 200 workers all picked by the owners... It's not that companies where everybody hates each other, we're like family... Problem is that the bosses were picked cause they were friends... And don't know how to deal with people. We'll sorry for bad slepping, I'm at hospital filled with drugs... Just one more and I'll be able to fly

Yah... Still have the needle... Hate hospitals... Tought found more pretty and funny girls today then the entire year...

@RodrigoF the UV ones are the best, at least in my experience... Yes, you have a needle in your arm, but man it soothes you... It might have just been the fact I couldn't go anywhere or be with anyone while waiting for the bottle to drip into me, though...
