I'm on the "other side".
Started working at my company as an 'under-educated' shitty junior developer.
However I've scored all the best projects I would never believe I could have, in the short time I've been working with them.
I'm just like a rock star that they don't even recognize, and defenitly between the most complete and skilled programmers they have, without realising.
I've been receiving tons of jobs offers, and the only reason I didn't change of company is because of my teams, not the paycheck.

That's exactly the kind of thing that is happening to me.
