About to install Visual Studio 2017 using my barely 5 Mbps internet

Install size is ~ 30fuckingg7 GB! 😨

Something gotta be seriously wrong with this world if it gets installed without any troubles.

Pray for me

    @cpp0xc0ffeeee probably because i selected xamarin mobile development tools.

    @azuredivay not RTM i guess..

    @fidellr brackets for mobile and desktop development all major OS? I don't think that is possible

    Btw, Visual Studio download and installation went smooth without any hiccup. New installer is good i think.

    @HoloDreamer The Jetbrains IDEs are pretty good for cross-platform and multilanguage development, and less than a GB per program.

    Full documentation files are 10gb alone

    I have 500Mbps, but my Router is to old. Therefore I can only use 30Mbps 😐

    @cpp0xc0ffeeee it doesn't, I installed the pro edition at work last week with *only* the workloads I need - 7-8gigs. Same at home with community edition.

    No *real* reason for someone to install all fucking possible workloads

    @false vs installation continues after reboot automatically -.-

    @MaiorEstupido was not aware of that, still I rather see when I'm installing something it doesn't get interrupted even if it's super smart installer
