I do it too but not with normal music. Loud sex noise in background help me focus more.

I had a program manager once tell me during a large event I was holding that he'd ask the staff to hold back on streaming. Network tends to get bogged down lol

Nothing wrong with some relaxation time but how can you do that 3/4 of the day? I would be so god damn bored that I would go look for another project or job. And if they just don't have anything to do why not spend your time with useful activities? You could learn a new language, framework, earn some certifications etc.
