I found a way to put devRant onto the Windows 7. Install BlueStacks. That is one way to do it.

    Get Android studio,
    Make an emulator that has the app store,
    Get devrant,
    Done!

    Lol wouldn't suggest it though

    @Bobj2008 imo BlueStacks is a bit bloated and too freaking slow, try using Genymotion if you want to keep it easy to set up
