the amount of times my client change their minds this week is insane.. I just want to finish this project!!

    They should sign off on the requirements so you have a firm goal to build towards. Constant changes will lead to late deliverables. If they then want changes and additional features they can be included in v2.

    Definitely agree. Signing a contract approving the layout and such is important to not waste your time, it also stops clients from being as annoying!

    Clients will always change their mind! It's how you manage that. If I get change requests, I simply write back with. "I have put the project on hold while I asses your changes and any cost/time implications (see change control in the contract). I will be in touch". Write up a report with details of changes time/cost. Then get on with that other project.
