    Good old times. I remember my Heroes 3 all buttons were question marks. After a few weeks I was proficient in question mark language.

    @GhostFish depends with windows I have seen this when I don't have a language installed most of time installing Japanese for me fixed it

    @sha256f this looks like a touhou game start window or some translated japanese game. Switching language (to japanese i think) should fix this
