14hr on battery and the linux containers work perfect on it. I use vim but vs code also works fine. Only Android apps run a bit slowly.

@retoor I've got a chromebook next to me as well, but it's running straight up Debian. Chrome has been wiped off long ago. The worst part is the fucked up keyboard. The second worst part is that it only has 2 GB ram, so the amount of Firefox tabs is limited. Other than that, it's a pretty good cheap machine for doing laptop things. Not developing anything on it though.

@electrineer is it the original Asus? Hmm, 2Gb is very low. On this device i magically can run as much Chromium tabs as i want. Only thing i don't like about this thing is the screen quality. Also, the plus volume button often hangs. But i took this laptop everywhere (bars)! By default in my bag.
