I used to be scared as shit about this (particularly the 16 years old making amazing shit part). I learned that if you have the drive to learn and improve, it's not worth sweating.

Being 25 and just now getting employable dev etc skills is really quite daunting when you learn of the old geniuses like Bill Joy, Linus, Wozniak and then hear daily stories of 16 year olds doing amazing things.
Inexperience in a field where everyone demands experience is scary. Still excited to see where I Can l can get though.
