    @dan-pud The block programming language and IDE! Maybe I hate it because I started to use it when I already knew some Basic and C, back in the first years of high school.

    I'm not a big fan of Scratch either. Probably for the same reason. I used it on a university project. The idea was for us to learn it and then teach some local first grade student kids. That part was actually pretty cool. My three "students" built a game almost alone! I wish I had started programming so early! xD

    @miguel91 We actually used it to learn the basics of programming, but many of us already learned Basic by ourself, so we got bored fast. Of course it's a powerful way to teach the basics of software logics etc

    For me, bad for learning (except for kids)
    Still my favorite Android IDE uses it quite well
    App inventor
    Can make apps really fast, have only a few databases options (I use none) but can add lots of stuff by extentions (like sqlite)
