@shantnuchaubey To be honest I was thinking the same thing as @theactionslacks. If I remember correctly, Canonical made it impossible for users to switch the bar positioning. Also, it's not uncommon to have Linux theming on Windows (or vice versa).

What happened? KDE can be aggressive but that's how you know it's worth your time! -
@caap who cares about RAM in 2017.
No but seriously. KDE is very feature rich and dynamically built. If there is much RAM available, it uses it. If there is less availabe it uses less. KDD tries to give a good user experience while staying as low as possible.
