He gave me task, and I estimated it will take 2 (120 minutes) hours...
He came after 20 minutes to check the progress... Then he came after 40 minutes... Then he call me after 70 minutes... Then he came again after 90 minutes... Then I delivered the task in the time with my resignation letter draft.

    Micromanaging dickhead! The worse type of managers. They're not there to help keep shit out of your way, but keep tabs on your progress. Smart move on the resignation

    Wow. Yeah that's when I'd add a new user story called "make employer redundant" with the acceptance criteria "as a developer, I'd like to do my work without micromanagement, so that I can do my job in peace.". I'd be sure to walk it through all the status columns for management that's watching your progress so closely.
