    Wasn't it 1.0 a week ago? Pretty fast for a .2 jump 😀

I haven't installed it yet so I don't know if it looks exactly like that image, but I feel like you could expand everything out so it's not a phone-sized post

@Jop- I remember you making the same comment in the collab section. I am not sure what you mean by "Old Version".

    Couple of reasons:

    1. OS Notifications
    2. Auto launch at startup.
    3. Rant filtering
    4. Images in comments (You can upload it too)
    5. @mention someone when commenting
    6. Subscribe to user and favourite rants
    7. Emoji picker ☺️ and emoji parsing
    8. Multiple columns of your own choice in the same window (Rants, Collabs, Stories)

Of course, if you don't need any of these features, you should continue to use the webapp. This app is not supposed to compete with the webapp.

@Jop- Oh yeah, we had many troubles with JavaFX and we decided to ditch it. Optimizing a simple sidebar was taking a long time with java.

Unless you have <8GB ram I would suggest not worrying about it. Chromium is very good at memory management. Unused ram is wasted ram and chromium understands that.

    I might try a non-wrapped version in future but I can't promise 🙂

@Jop- yeah you're right. I hope they do something about it in future 😞
