Now before you take my advice you should know that I don't freelance and neither work.
My guess would be to either reject the project if it is something that you have absolutely no idea about or else you start googling how to do it -
@nikolatesla i have a few things i can give you:
* everything is basically 90% honesty, 9% boasting, 1% lie.
* try to look and speak confidently about your skills, what you really know.
* if you know some of it, but not entirely, tell so but follow up with 'and there is always documentation and google'
* ask your fair price! Don't go undercutting your market price, always think in VAT exclusive terms.
* if they ask You about technology xyz and you don't know it, but know what it does because ypu know something similar, tell them just that, and compare it like 'tomaeto tomatoe'.
* if you have absolutely no idea, say so unless it's a deal breaker for them, this is where the 1% lie comes in,
* go prepared, read job description thouroughly and get a good view on the tech stack
* always be prepared to learn something new. Tell them so. -
Thank you so much, guys! Those were so helpful! I declined it earlier. My reason was honest. Anyways, I have no idea why me. My Upwork profile is almost empty. I haven't taken any tests at all. I just linked my portfolio on the bio. I guess as long as you seem like you can do the job, you will look okay to them without these certifications, university, and etc. I like the tomaeto tomatoe thing! I can use that on the Job Interview! Thank you so much!

I've got an interview invitation as a freelancer. I've never freelanced before. What if I don't know how to do what the client wants me to do? Halp.
