it is a good browser but I don't like it, still find Firefox and Chrome to be better
it lags on my computer ...

    Vivaldi ftw!

I originally only gave it a shot because Firefox is annoying me and chrome doesn't support vertical tabs. Since then it has become my main browser. Can't say that it's unstable at all.

I just wanted to see if a good Chrome alternative exists (mainly because of the extensions, but minus Google) and guess I found what satisfies my needs :) I just started using it so maybe it won't last but sfsg

@Kimmax Edit : Which is not chromium. I'm just happy discovering a new soft, why can't you be happy for me ? And the idea is an alternative, including the interface

@VonKavalier dude, you wanted an alternative to chrome, which has the same capabilities extension wise and is not connected to the google services. That's 100% what chromium is. To be exact Chrome is based on Chromium, they put the google services in afterwards.

As far as I know, Vivaldi uses chromium under the hood

@Embeddeded It does like most browsers these days.

@SSDD Just looked, and totally not a browser created for me. I barely go to social networks and have no purpose for using Ghost browser :/

@VonKavalier I find it very valuable for testing products I'm working on. E.g. I can log in as a user, as an admin and as a non-logged in user all at the same time.

@SSDD I see, and get your point. But I just wanted a new everyday browser, I'll see for Ghost Browser at work :)

@Kimmax chromium has Google services. The difference with chrome is some DRM and the autoupdater

@Cheeseypi Who looks dumb now, huh? 😅

I guess I'll be the first to make a cultural pun then. Does vivaldi work through all four seasons?

@cmarshall10450 That's my reading the news paper with a pipe and whiskey in my oak wooden library wearing an expensive morning gown music.

I've been using Vivaldi as my main browser for about 3 months. It's completely stable and very actively developed. Plus f2 anywhere!
