@Sid2006 it is still blocked as of today, I am still working, they are so desperate they are not making the first move.

A colleague just resigned today. I am going to enjoy the next 2 months of high payments and then resign on the last day of probation so I don’t need to give notice.

I feel I was deceived when I signed the contract as none of the conditions I was offered was real. They even tried to delay the payment by 10 days, so I had to alert the local labor union.

To my excuse I have to admit that I was really depressed because I was treated so bad by my previous manager that I was not able to get all the red flags
